This policy describes how we handle personal data collected through id-tech.cz, in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (2016/679, GDPR) and Czech Act No. 110/2019 Coll.

We do not collect any special-category (sensitive) data.
2. Legal basis and retention
- Inquiries — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in handling inquiries. Retained for as long as necessary, up to 24 months, unless a business relationship is established.
- Server logs — legitimate interest in security and operations, retained for 30 days.
3. Recipients
We do not sell your data. We share it only with:
- Technical sub-processors (hosting, e-mail) — all located in the European Union.
- Public authorities where required by law.
Our servers are located within the European Union.
4. Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to:
- access your data (Art. 15)
- rectify inaccurate data (Art. 16)
- erasure ("right to be forgotten", Art. 17)
- restrict processing (Art. 18)
- data portability (Art. 20)
- object to processing (Art. 21)
- withdraw consent where processing is based on it (Art. 7(3))
- file a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (uoou.cz) or your national supervisor

5. Children
This website is not intended for children under 16 and we do not knowingly process their data.
6. Changes
We may update this policy — the effective date is shown at the top. For material changes we'll notify you by e-mail (if we have you on file).
